This range of cushions is made of a truly unique, vintage Boujad kilim with children figures. The kilim was bought at the berber auction in Marrakech’s carpet souk. Then, according to the available measurements, the rug was cut into several cushions by the local maâlem. For the back we chose plain cotton keria.
Each Boujad cushion is a unique item, handmade in Marrakech from premium vintage textiles that have been selected for their beautiful unique pattern work and wool quality. Because the kilim is vintage, there may be some minor irregularities and signs of use and age. We think that this gives it that beautiful vintage character.
