Delivery

We will send you your beautiful piece within 1-3 working days after receiving your payment. If you order is placed in the weekend or during holidays, your order will be sent on the next working day. In the very unlikely event that the product is out of stock, we will contact you without delay. In the Netherlands, once the product has been shipped, you should normally receive your package within a day. In other European countries, it may take up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive on your doorstep. When you place an order, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can always see where your package is. How exciting!

During extra busy periods (f.e. Christmas) or holidays delivery times may change. We will really try to notify you of these possible delays on the website, before you place your order. We furthermore hope for your understanding.

Please make sure you provide us with the correct delivery address. In case your piece cannot be delivered to the address you have registered or if the package is not collected from a pick-up point, the article will be sent back to Mayala. In this case, we will get in touch with you to schedule a new delivery –at an alternative address- at your cost. Which of course we don’t want to happen in the first place!
