These Vintage Kilim Hemp Cushions are ethically handmade from sustainable hemp fibres in Turkey. They are the product of a collaboration between Mayala Home and Parisian designer Nadia Dafri: Mayala Home selected the vintage hemp rugs that were to be cut for the pillows, and Nadia Dafri selected the exact designs and handmade the cushions in high quality. This process is why each piece is completely unique. The hemp cushion covers have a plain, soft organic cotton back with zip.
Hemp is an amazing fibre with a sustainable story, thriving on little water and without needing pesticides to grow.
