Delivery

We carefully pack every order with lots of love and attention and aim to dispatch your beautiful new piece within 1–3 working days after receiving payment.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within the Netherlands usually takes one working day. Deliveries to other European countries generally arrive within 2–5 working days.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, or during holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. Whenever possible, we will communicate any expected delays on our website in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is not collected from a pick-up point, it will be returned to Mayala. We will then contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping costs for resending the parcel may apply.
