Returns

Not happy with your purchase?

We hope you love your new Mayala Home treasure. However, if you have changed your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To request a return, please contact us by email at returns@mayala-home.com or by phone on +31 (0)6 8199 2120. Once you have informed us that you wish to return your order, you have another 14 days to send the item back to us.

Until our online withdrawal form becomes available, withdrawal requests can be submitted by email.

Please handle products with care. Returned items should be sent back in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order, as Mayala Home cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged during return transit. 

We will refund the full amount paid for the returned item, including the original shipping costs of your order, within 14 days after receiving the returned item or proof that the item has been shipped back to us.

As a small business, we kindly ask our customers to cover the cost of returning items to us. Thank you for your understanding.

Damages

We carefully pack every order with lots of love and attention and ship using insured postal services. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, we are truly sorry.

Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the damage by sending an email to sales@mayala-home.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of:

  • the outside of the parcel including shipping labels;

  • the inside packaging;

  • the damaged item itself.

We will provide a prepaid return label so that the damaged item can be returned free of charge.

Once we have reviewed the situation together, you can choose whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
