The Story of the Square Letterpress Matchboxes

These vintage matchboxes were printed by Archivist Gallery on a traditional cylinder press, by highly skilled artists. They are Archivists' best selling match boxes, and where it all started. They are a perfect gift, and sustainable too! Do you need a better reason to light your fire?

Each box contains 100 matches, each measuring 100 mm long.

All matchbox cellophanes are plastic free and biodegradable, so feel free to dispose of them in your food bin! The matches are Toxin free; unlike other matches these don't contain harmful toxins like sulphur or zinc oxide.
